Salary: $11.57 – $14.18 Hourly. Commensurate with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining condition of assigned facilities. Inspects assigned facilities for cleanliness, identifies maintenance requirements and develops appropriate training for assigned Crewleaders and Custodians. Completes annual performance reviews. Requests supplies, materials and equipment required for cleaning of assigned facilities. Maintains inventory control over assigned equipment and supplies. This is a working supervisor position witn responsibilities to include the normal range of custodial duties.

Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D. AND four (4) years of responsible custodial/janitorial or building maintenance experience, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience;
OR,
Any combination of education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and experience and required knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the duties and responsibilitiesof this job.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements: *Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Preferred: *Bilingual in English/Spanish *Ability to communicate in Spanish *Able to read and write in English *Commercial Driver’s License *Supervisory hard floor and carpet care experience. *Good customer services skills *Computer Skills

Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and works all nights.
