Salary: $7766.20 – $10096.06 Monthly. Commensurate with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Directs and manages the enterprise Information Technology project portfolio. Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans. Ensures delivery of all projects in the Information Technology portfolio on time, within budget and in alignment with strategic and organizational requirements. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing and budgets as needed, based on the organizational needs and objectives. Communicates to senior Information Technology leadership and key stakeholders the program strategy, direction and changes. Oversees and maintains relationships with user departments. Partners with Elected and Appointed Officials as well as senior management within user departments to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing technology to achieve enterprise goals.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a directly related field AND ten (10) years of relevant work experience, including both five (5) years of increasingly responsible supervisory or management experience and five (5) years managing projects;

Any combination of education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and experience and required knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Preferred: *Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a directly related field. *Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work site: 314 West 11th Street
