The recent passing of the health reform bill is creating quite a bit of confusion in the health insurance industry. Nobody has a clear understanding of how things will shake out, but a couple of things are clear NOW.... rates will go up and plans will change.
I would recommend we be proactive in making sure your coverage is as comprehensive and up to date as possible but more importantly, we are stretching your premium dollars as far as they can go.
There is a strategy we are recommending that will best prepare you for any changes resulting from the new bill. It will provide you the most coverage with the least amount of out-of- pocket exposure. In fact we can now decrease your annual maximum out-of-pocket exposure to $100 for any injury and $0 for any critical illness, which is a substantial decrease from what it is now. The best news is, your monthly costs could decrease by $100 or more. The Critical Illness and Accidents Plans are paid directly to you. It does not matter, if you are on a Private Health Plan or a Company Health Plan.
