Roll up your sleeves and jump right in! A small, locally owned and operated wood display manufacturing company is looking for a 1st shift Production Supervisor. In this role you will report to the Operations Manager and directly and indirectly supervise approximately 15 - 20 employees. Your responsibilities will include reviewing daily production logs, determining labor and equipment needs, developing departmental goals, organizing and cleaning the shop, training, interviewing, hiring and performance evaluations and communicating production levels to the Ops Manager. Knowledge of wood working and cabinet construction a plus. Salary based pay and opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
