Operational Risk- Sr. Analyst
at Lisa Wilson in Missouri
Maintain control over operational accounts through account reconciliation
reviews and exposure monitoring.
Review and evaluate current departmental procedures and processes and assist
departments in the planning of new procedures/processes to assess adequacy
of control and procedural efficiencies.
Performs difficult reviews and evaluations of procedures or processes.
Compile and review daily and monthly management reporting.
Participate and assist in planning/review of quarterly security count
Monitor BETA system changes and regulatory changes for control impact.
Assist in conversion/merger balancing as needed.
On a as needed basis, there will be opportunities for special projects and
duties.
Job Requirements:
The applicant must have an accounting, finance or auditing background with
strong brokerage and regulatory knowledge.
5-7 years of experience in either brokerage or accounting, finance or audit.
Detail-oriented, analytical, well organized, highly self-motivated and
possess strong interpersonal skills.
Work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to work on multiple priorities in an ever changing environment.
Must have effective and innovative problem solving skills.
Strong leadership skills. Ability to see the "big picture." Broad knowledge
of control concepts.
Excellent PC skills - WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS. Preferred: Industry license
(Series 27, 7 etc)
Strong BETA knowledge
