Plant Manager, Grater Cincinnati, OH area
Will be responsible for the overall cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction of products produced and delivered to our customers.
Manage all site operational activities to ensure all functions are driving toward common goals as set forth in strategic and operating plans.
Will be responsible for responsible for manufacturing, production control, manufacturing engineering, machining, assembly, maintenance, facilities, product quality, scrap & rework controls.
Will establish annual goals & targets for productivity improvements and cost reductions.
Have experience in fabrication, machining and assembly processes.
BS degree in engineering or other technical discipline (MS preferred) Ten plus years of experience
Be familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and how they are applied.
