Operations Manager, Dayton Ohio Area
Providing day-to-day direction to all functional areas of the business with focus on achievement of customer satisfaction while maintaining acceptable levels of profitability.
Responsible for the overall cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction of products produced.
Will have P&L responsibility.
Provide the senior management team with accurate and timely reports on monthly and quarterly basis, including financial performance.
Responsible for engineering, manufacturing, production control, procurement, materials, logistics, manufacturing engineering, facilities, product quality, scrap & rework controls, environmental issues, and health & safety.
Responsible for overseeing and guiding the overall work duties and professional development of the individual department managers and supervisors.
Highly competent in Lean Manufacturing principles and how they are applied to building custom engineered products or systems.
Have ten (10)+ years supervising and managing.
Experience in a custom products work environment.
Minimum of a BS degree in a technical discipline (MS preferred)
