Salary: $6337.93 – $8239.31 Monthly. Commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions

Manages and directs personnel, planning, budget, purchasing and overall delivery of Domestic Relations Office (DRO) services, under the direction of the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer. Responsibilities include: extensive contract and grant oversight; oversight of Domestic Relations functions as set forth in the Texas Family Code and by order of the Juvenile Board; establishment, training and enforcement regarding all applicable Federal, State and County, to ensure all standards are met. Directs management team to ensure the following services are provided to families in Travis County. Acts as the child, medical and spousal support registry for Travis County. Manages and directs the process pertaining to child support and visitation/access enforcement. Provides Guardians ad litem services and probation supervision for local Office of the Attorney General child support cases.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration or one of the Social or Behavioral Sciences or a directly related field AND seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience in a social service, community corrections or a juvenile agency, including four (4) years of mid- to senior level supervisory or management experience.

Any combination of education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and experience and required knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements: *Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Preferred: *Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration or one of the Social or Behavioral Sciences or a directly related field. *One (1) year of experience in full time casework management. *Experience in correctional administration

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
